✅On the left, shoulderblades tuck together, chest sticks out; dumbbells stay perpendicular to the shoulders.
To start the movement it is recommended to rotate the hand ANTI-clockwise
🔥WHILE🔥raising the dumbbell in order to avoid any nerve/tendon pinching.
The hand should be 90 degrees rotated once it reaches shoulder height.
Maximum contraction happens from shoulder height to head height, so I believe it's a good thing to go all the way up. Making sure you rotate your hand will make this exercise not cause pain.
