Overhead Extension exercise is one of the best isolation workout to target Tricep!

The three heads of the triceps (lateral, medial, long) act as elbow extensors - however - the long head acts as a shoulder extensor aswell (which is a reason why you might feel your triceps training when working on lat exercises).
If you want to include a few exercises that target your triceps fully, giving emphasis on the "outer" (lateral head) and "inner" (long head) part of the muscle, I'd suggest picking atleast one exercise that work your triceps overhead and atleast one where your arms are down at your sides, pulling down. This way you'll assure proper development of the muscle, by giving different angles of work.
